The Executive Chairman of Udu Local Government Council, Olorogun(Hon.), Vincent Ogheneruemu Oyibode has lauded the Speaker of the Delta State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor, over his emergence at the General Meeting of the Conference of Speakers of State Legislatures of Nigeria held in Abuja on Monday.
Oyibode described the development as a well-deserved recognition of the Speaker’s sagacity, pragmatic approach, and people-oriented leadership style, noting that Guwor’s commitment to quality and ideal lawmaking has continued to distinguish Delta State within Nigeria’s legislative space.
